As I have posted at this blog for many years and have told others many years before this blog, I attended a Club Of Rome symposium in 1988 on how to use vaccines for population reduction and control. The lecture centered around scientific breakthroughs on using a person’s own DNA against “the host candidate”. Also, For obvious reasons, covered in great detail and urgency was to gather EVERYONE on the planet’s DNA. The third leg of the lecture was on the need to create a world wide medical database that EVERYONE would be “forced” onto. With ALL three legs of this population reduction ‘system’ in place, those running this house of horrors could in fact decide “who was essential and who was not”. Their words back in 1988 and… “this system could eliminate ALL non essentials like playing a video game” As I have ALSO based this blog on from its beginning, this genocide operation according to these lunatics would happen when the time was right to “stage a pandemic” to run the population reduction operation and use narratives like… “All the dying going on is YOUR OWN FAULT for over populating the planet”

Moving Forward To Doomsday

Let’s face it. in 2020 it’s NOT a stretch to see this all unfolding BUT, in 1988, it really did NOT sound like a very realistic goal. What first got my attention was almost immediately after I had attended this symposium were calls from many places [high and low it seemed] to get everyones DNA and over the years, as it turns out, ALL of the various places that take you and your children’s DNA, ‘share’ that information [obviously easily ending up in a large database]. The next thing that got my attention was a character named Dr. Eric Pianka. Yes, this academic was making the academic circuit cheering on the death of 90%+ of humanity [getting standing ovations I might add] but what really got my attention was his insistence that such a sudden reduction would be the result of [drumroll please…] over population. This is the very same nonsense excuse those giving this symposium said that they would use on a dumbed down public.

The very next thing that got my attention was old man Rockefeller’s boy toy Bill Gates becoming this ‘poster child’. NOT just for the bioweapon itself, vaccines, but this doomsday fear porn narrative of a ‘great pandemic’ “just around the corner!!”. Then came all the warmups to where we are today. i.e h1n1, Ebola…

I Deal In FACTS. Trust The Deadly Science

So, in 1988 scientists from very well funded private laboratories who moonlight on the side for giant Pharma corporations AND, various militaries [yes more than just one country], try to explain in layman’s terms how your own DNA will turn your own body into a weapon against itself. It went something like what we are seeing with these mRNA vaccines.

This is the final piece to the puzzle that has recently got my attention. Spike protein. Now, if you can NOT face what I am saying and you want to bury your head in the sand called “just conspiracy THEORIES”, just one last question. Why would you ever trust even the most benevolent people, with the ABILITY to have you on a track and trace medical system that can take a piece of your own DNA, which is then put into a concoction calling itself a vaccine made just for you, that can produce a spike protein based off of your own DNA [which they obviously will have] that will give rise to your body producing this protein that your immune system will attack thus killing you dead as a doorknob? Are you really that stupid ?

Many doctors from every walk of life have explained WHY THEY ARE ALARMED by this technology masquerading itself as a vaccine, and how it could obviously kill the host over time. This doctor is just one of dozens [if not more] who have been ‘intentionally’ silenced on this ‘spike protein’ issue.

Now I believe they will NOT give out this technology UNTIL everyone is on a track and trace big data system, and that the actually roll out will be in a very low key setting i.e. MANDATORY flu shot.

As it turns out in the animal studies when developing this technology, that wild forms of viruses that this technology was supposed to protect them from, ended up killing the test animals far down the road.  These were viruses that could NEVER have killed the lab animal without the help of this technology.  

Because WE have absolutely no clue what ‘spike proteins’ will be unpacking themselves within our body’s,  something as simple as a common cold could end up killing a person with this technology inside them.  It’s no wonder WHY doctors / scientists in the know about this technology, do NOT under ANY circumstance want to inject themselves with this mRNA garbage. 

A Bioweapon Engineered For Denial

Considering that this bioweapon being called a ‘vaccine’ takes a certain amount of time before it ‘goes off’ on its host, makes it the perfect bioweapon of choice by the globalists.  In the animal studies when developing this weapon, the effects of the body either attacking itself or,  death from a normal virus load turned deadly did not happen right after taking in the weapon.   A myriad of different ways of dying as seen in the animal trials lends itself to a number of ‘plausible denials’ that people are dying from whatever ‘new strain’ to simply being loaded down with tumors.   It’s going to be interesting to see how much death the duped public is going to go along with; along with, the ‘official narratives BEFORE they can see that life as we knew it took a REAL dive after we were ALL forced onto this vaccine world order.

On March 22, 2010, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials adhering to the precautionary principle advised American doctors to suspend use of Rotarix 1 vaccine until the agency finds out why DNA from a swine virus (porcine circovirus 1 or PCV1) was found in the live rotavirus vaccine. The FDA said there is “no evidence at this time” that the vaccine manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline and given to babies at 2,4 and 6 months of age to prevent diarrhea poses any safety risk. 2

Independent Lab Using New Technology Found Contamination

The discovery that viral DNA is contaminating Rotarix vaccine was made by a team of scientists at an independent research lab in San Fransisco, California, where they used new technology to detect fragments of viral genetic material in vaccines using genetic sequencing. 3

More testing confirmed that many copies of DNA from the pig virus were present in all Rotarix vaccine lots released since the vaccine was licensed in 2008 because the pig virus DNA also contaminated the working cell bank and the original viral “seed” stock, from which Rotarix vaccine was first produced. 4

Two Other Live Virus Vaccines Contaminated

The surprising discovery reportedly was made after the independent lab used new technology to evaluate the purity of eight live virus vaccines for polio, rubella, measles, yellow fever, human herpes 3 (varicella or chicken pox), rotavirus (Rotarix and RotaTeq) and MMR. In addition to pig viral DNA found in Rotarix vaccine, low levels of DNA fragments from avian (bird) leukosis virus (a retrovirus) was found in measles vaccine and DNA fragments of a virus similar to simian (monkey) retrovirus was found in RotaTeq vaccine. 5

FDA Looking For Answers

After the team double checked their findings, researchers notified GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) on February 9, 2010 and GSK notified the FDA on March 15, 2010, which prompted the FDA’s action on March 22, 2010 to suspend use of Rotarix. The FDA says it “does not know how DNA from PCV1 came to be present in Rotarix” or whether “this means that intact virus is present. Additional studies are being conducted.” 6

Rotavirus Vaccines Use Monkey, Cow, Pig Materials for Production

Rotarix is a genetically engineered vaccine that GSK created by isolating human rotavirus strain infecting a child in Cincinnati and using African Green monkey kidney cells to produce the original viral seed stock from which all Rotarix vaccine has been made. 7 In the FDA licensing process, Rotarix had to meet certain FDA standards, that included demonstrating the vaccine was not contaminated with, for example TSE (Transmissable Spongiform Encephalopathy or “mad cow” disease, a brain wasting disease) 8 or with cow viruses because bovine (cow) serum was used to prepare the original viral seed stock. Porcine trypsin, an enzyme in the pancreatic juice of a pig, was also used to make the viral seed stock. 9
RotaTeq is a genetically engineered vaccine containing five human-cow reassortment strains of rotavirus that were created at the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania (CHOP), where strains of rotavirus that give cows diarrhea were combined with strains of rotavirus that cause diarrhea in humans. The reassortment viruses were transported to Merck, where master seeds were produced using African Green Monkey kidney cell cultures. Fetal bovine (cow) serum and porcine trypsin was used to make the “seed” stock. 10 There are small amounts of bovine serum and cell culture media (monkey viral DNA) that remain in RotaTeq vaccine. 11 12

FDA Suggests Drug Companies Test for Vaccine “Purity”

In a February 2010 FDA document, Guidance for Industry: Characterization and Qualification of Cell Substrates and Other Biological Materials Used in the Production of Viral Vaccines for Infectious Disease Indications, the FDA lists “non-binding recommendations” for drug companies making vaccines using animal and human cell substrates. 13 Under the heading “Testing for Adventitious Agents,” the FDA states “assurance that products are free of adventitious agents is a critical component of meeting the [FDA regulations] requirement for purity.” Under the heading “Testing for Residual Cellular DNA,” the FDA states, “Residual DNA might be a risk to your final product because of oncogenic (cancer causing) and/or infectivity potential.”

Déjà Vu: Monkey Viruses Contaminated Polio Vaccines

Contamination of vaccines with animal viruses is not new. In the 20th century, polio vaccines given to tens of millions of people worldwide were contaminated with simian virus 40 (SV40), which was found to cause cancer in animals and is associated with human brain, bone and lung cancers but the government denies SV40 is causing those cancers in humans. 14 15 16 17

There has been controversy about the link between experimental polio vaccines tested in Africa in the 1950’s and 1960’s that were contaminated with a monkey virus, simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV). Soon after the polio vaccine trials in Africa, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) emerged. 18 Many questions about the failure of researchers and technology to screen for monkey viruses in those vaccines remain to this day.

Using Cancer Cells to Produce Vaccines?

Vaccine manufacturers have long used cell material that comes from the bodies of mammals, including humans, monkeys, cows, pigs, dogs and rodents, as well as birds or insects to make vaccines now in use or to make experimental vaccines. There is an inherent risk of contamination with viruses and other microbes (or DNA from those microbes) that can escape detection during the vaccine development, testing, licensing, manufacturing and oversight process. 19 There has even been discussion among vaccine manufacturers and the FDA in the last decade about using neoplastic (cancer) cell substrates to make vaccines but the risk of contamination with cancer cell DNA is a big risk. 20

New Influenza Vaccines: Is Contamination Possible?

In searching for ways to make seasonal influenza vaccines in a faster, easier and less expensive way than relying on chicken eggs for production, drug companies have experimented with using dog kidney cells and human fetal retinal cells. However, these cell lines have been documented to cause tumors in animals, especially dog kidney cells (MDCK). 21

At a November 19, 2009 meeting of the FDA Vaccines & Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, a vaccine manufacturer asked for permission to use insect (caterpillar) cells to make pandemic influenza shots. But insect cells can be contaminated with insect viruses that are hard to detect. The FDA Committee, on that day, voted “no.” 22

Unanswered Questions about Rotarix Contamination

There are lots of questions about how the manufacturer of Rotarix vaccine and the FDA both missed the pig virus DNA contaminating the original seed stock and all doses of Rotarix vaccine given to more than one million American children in the past few years. 23

Is there state-of-the-art technology that is being used by private laboratories but not by drug companies and the FDA?

Why did the independent team of scientists, who found the contamination, notify the vaccine manufacturer first rather than also immediately reporting their finding directly to the FDA?

What about the significance of finding bird viral DNA in measles vaccine and the monkey viral DNA in RotaTeq vaccine?

Wake Up Call for Industry & Government

The contamination of Rotarix vaccine is only the latest in a long history of vaccine contamination issues that require a re-examination of the way vaccines are made and tested. It is a wake-up call for industry and government

The big question people are asking is: why do drug companies making vaccines continue to use cells from animals, birds and insects that can be contaminated with viruses and other adventitious agents that are hard to detect?

The FDA was right to suspend use of Rotarix vaccine until they know more. Hopefully, this serious vaccine production and testing issue will be addressed immediately by vaccine manufacturers. If not, the next pandemic or serious health problem affecting large populations may be one that comes out of a vaccine lab.

Interesting to note that references to western recombinant DNA technology / programs as of 1978 ARE STILL CLASSIFIED for they are omitted in this report. The reader should also note within the document itself that the NSA / CIA make it very clear that MILITARY-SPONSORED Recombinant DNA work WAS very common place in the 1970’s, and considering that work is still classified it obviously plays into a military role to this day.

There is a brief explanation on how ‘recombinant DNA technology’ can influence “A HOST’S DNA” which is why this report was generated to begin with, as it looked into the ‘then’ Soviet Union’s capabilities at that time.

Recombinant DNA encompasses only one area of genetic engineering; namely, Biospecific biochemical and microbiological to alter,relatively controlled and reasonably predictable manner, the molecules that encode the genetic characteristics of an organism, and to introduce specifically selected new set of genetic Instructions.

The specific molecular manipulations that are made and the exact methods used to make them can vary widely from one recombinant DNA experiment to another. The basic process,usually involves the Initial isolation or synthesispecific set of chemically identical nucleic acid molecules (usually molecules are then bonded…?) specially prepared vector (carriers) that usually are plasmids. bacteriophages, or other virus-like infectious entities that can self-replicate in appropriate host cells. After the bonding has been completed, the modifiedcan be inserted into bacteria or other cells that lave been prepared biochemically to accept them. If the vectors have been “constructed” appropriately, the piece of initially selected DNA can give the recipient new genetic instructions. For Instance, the host cell might be given the capability to synthesize an enzyme that it previously could not make.

BTW-
This science is exactly what you would need for a population reduction ‘PROGRAM’ using ‘mandated’ vaccine legislation! Poisoning the well i.e. GMO food could also work well with this science achieving population reduction quotas. The evidence is overwhelming that the consumption of GMO food leads to sterilization.

My Commentary:
As I have LONG told the reader the so-called pandemics (which I told the reader were coming BEFORE the Mexican outbreak) would usher in the words “DNA vaccines” into the everyday vocabulary of Joe Six Pack. However, the reference and usage to DNA vaccines in this article is NOT in the ‘same’ context as the way they will be used at a future date, as I have also laid out. What is import for the reader, is to take note of the claim made in the article by the manufacture that ferrets got 100% protection against ALL strains. While I will always be skeptical of such claims, in my earliest posting (before the Mexican outbreak) on Barbara Loe Fisher’s blog Vaccine Awakenings (under the handle John H) I explained that these pandemics that had not happened yet would come in waves and, by ‘miracle’, DNA vaccines would be SEEMINGLY the next polio type of triumph. At this point I want to let the reader know this blog’s purpose is NOT to focus on and track the pandemic strains of these viruses. The purpose of this blog is to track POLICY surrounding these so-called pandemics, warning the reader they will be used to mandate a world wide MANDATORY vaccine policy that WILL BE USED FOR POPULATION CONTROL PURPOSES, as was stated at the Club Of Rome symposium on population reduction I attended IN 1988.

Inovio Biomedical announces positive test results of its consensus influenza vaccines

Inovio Biomedical Corporation (NYSE Amex:INO), a leader in DNA vaccine design, development and delivery, announced today that a combination of its synthetic consensus H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, and H5N1 influenza vaccine candidates achieved protective antibody responses against several different influenza sub-types and strains in ferrets. In addition, ferrets immunized with Inovio’s SynConTM universal flu vaccine combinations were 100% protected against death and sickness in a challenge with the A/H1N1 (2009) swine-origin influenza. Dr. Niranjan Y. Sardesai, Inovio’s SVP, Research and Development, presented this data at the Influenza Congress USA 2009 in Washington, DC, in a presentation titled, “Development of Universal SynCon™ DNA Vaccines for Pandemic and Seasonal Influenza.”
